Can't Uninstall jsecure 1 Year, 10 Months ago

I installed jsecure, set my key, logged out to test. When I entered my key, it would redirect to my site, but I was unable to get to admin login page. At that point, I logged into my C-panel and deleted the jsecure files. This allowed me to regain access to my admin login page, but now I can't uninstall to try again.

Can someone please assist??? How can I uninstall the remains of jsecure so that I can try to reinstall again?
