Just installed and cannot access login 1 Year, 10 Months ago

When I tried to configure my key, it would not save and gave me a stack overflow error. I tried to access the site with another browser and now it keeps redirecting me to the home page. I tried including the key I "attempted" to create but that does not work either. Now I cannot access the back-end of my site. Is there a default key? Need help ASAP.
Thanks,
Michael

I have the exact same problem. When I tried to save my key, it would say your details have been saved, but would not close the jSecure component settings page and return to the main back-end interface. If I tried to click cancel, it would bring up the error "Please enter an aplpha-numeric key", even though the one I entered was alpha-numeric. Now I can't access my back-end, tried using the key I attempted to save as well as the jSecure default, but I just get redirected to my home page. Please help

Ok, so I was able to gain access to the back-end again, which was my fault (was forgetting a case sensitive character).
Although, when I go to the jSecure component and attempt to change the key, it does say that 'Details Has Been Saved'. But it still doesn't close the component and return to the admin dashboard. I just find it weird b/c if I hit cancel it then states that I must 'Enter an alpha-numeric' key. It seems the only way to navigate away from the jSecure settings page after entering a key and saving it is to use the primary navigation. This isn't a huge problem, but is this the proper work flow here, or is something wrong with my install.

I ended up going in via FTP and deleting the proper files and got back in. However, the original problem of not saving the data still exists. I cannot use this in the current state. Can you help?
Thanks,
Michael
