open your database.. then go to jos_plugins>>system>>jsecure>> edit and then comedown.. and there you can see the key which you gave.. change it

Hi,

Actually i am getting this problem when i click to add to cart button. actually i am using Virtuemart but when i go to databas then i can not see any secure element and also i can see any file under plugin/system/.

please tell me now how to solve this problem.

Hi,

Have you installed the jSecure component and if yes than user the key as alphanumeric?

No, I have not install this component, then why this problem is coming?
