I installed Joomla 1.5.18 from start on a new domain. I then installed jSecure Authentication version 2.1.4.

Once you installed jSecure without adding, changing or saving any settings, it would automatically set the key to jSecure and you have to access your administrator login with www.yourdomain/administrator/?jSecure and remember that the capital "S".

However, one can make changes but not of these changes made are saved. If your return to the settings page all your changes are lost.

Can someone please help me as I have looked through all the posts and comments and cannot find a solution to the saving problem. Can the developer please provide some feedback on what to do.

Occurs to me as well as to WP. I can not change the basic configuration of the component. I can make any changes or picks me up the new key. Just let me get through www.misitio.com/administrator/?jSecure.

I also use version 2.1.4 with joomla 1.5.18

I checked the plugin is activated.

Can be a matter of permissions?

I bought this package because I want to secure my site.

Therefore I want to be able to change the key behind the administrator login from

wwww.mydomain/administrator/?jSecure
to something that I want for example

wwww.mydomain/administrator/?mysecretword

but it does not matter what I do I cannot save "mysecretword"

I can therefore only login with
wwww.mydomain/administrator/?jSecure as I cannot change the "jSecure" to something else.

La única manera que tengo de acceder es www.misitio.com/administrator/?jSecure.
Quiero poder cambiarlo como dice WP a www.misitio.com/administrator/?mipalabraclave

Habrá que darle permisos al archivo que recoge la configuración del componente??? Cual es el archivo que recoge la configuración???
