Can't access admin! 1 Year, 7 Months ago

Things have been working fine for months when this morning we try to log into our back-end and the index page keeps reloading.
We've deleted the jsecure folder and still can't access admin. Checked the database but learnt that the new version of jsecure doesn't store anything in there.
Can you direct us to any other files we need to delete in order to get back in and re-install?
Any idea why this happens anyway?? Thanks

Hi,
Have you deleted jSecure folder and files from plug-in and deleted entry from components and plugins tables?
After that you can install the jSecure again.

Ah! That's what we couldn't find.. the folde in plugins - deleted and solved thanks!
Any idea why this happens anyway?

That's rubbish because it was most indeedalee the correct one, even come up in my browser url box!
Something went wrong with this plugin in....
